I received multiple quotes from various HVAC companies and chose Trio Heating and Air to install a ductless mini split. The preliminary onsite visit by Cesar was the most professional of the companies. By the end of his visit, we had a plan, estimated cost, and felt great about our move forward. He worked with our schedule, allowing us to do some preliminary steps necessary for the installation. Additionally, Cesar worked to reduce our overall cost by applying for rebates specific to our situation. Lastly, the installers themselves were able to do everything in less than 2 days and it turned out great and exactly to plan. During the installation, the installers were always asking if we were sure and were actively giving us different suggestions in case any of them were better than our plan.
